By joining our program, you agree to adhere to these terms and promote our investing education and software products with integrity and transparency.

Commission Structure: As a Section 8 Investing affiliate, you will earn a 40% commission on the first qualifying purchase and 20% recurring commission for the lifetime of each customer referred through your unique affiliate link.

How Our Affiliate Program Works

Once approved as an affiliate, you'll receive a unique tracking link that identifies referrals made from your promotional efforts. When someone clicks on your link and makes a qualifying purchase of our investing education courses or software, you'll earn a 40% commission on that first purchase plus 20% recurring commission on all subsequent payments for the lifetime of that customer.

Key points about our tracking system:

Cookies are set for 90 days from the initial click
Commission payments are processed monthly for all sales that have passed our 30-day refund period
You can track your referrals, conversions, and earnings through our affiliate dashboard

Promotion Guidelines & Restrictions

Acceptable Promotion Methods:

Personal websites, blogs, and social media accounts
Email newsletters to your own subscriber list
Content marketing featuring honest reviews and educational content
YouTube videos and podcasts with proper disclosures

Prohibited Practices:

Misrepresentation of our products or making false claims about potential results
Spam email, unsolicited messaging, or any form of deceptive marketing
Bidding on branded keywords in paid advertising campaigns
Creating fake reviews or testimonials
Using misleading headlines or clickbait tactics
Promoting our products on sites containing adult, illegal, or offensive content

Important: Violation of these guidelines may result in commission forfeiture and immediate termination from our affiliate program. We regularly monitor affiliate promotional activities to ensure compliance with these terms.

Self-Referral & Household Restrictions

To maintain the integrity of our affiliate program, the following restrictions apply:

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase Section 8 Investing products for yourself.
Household restrictions apply. Your affiliate link cannot be used by family members or others residing at the same physical address as you.
Attempting to circumvent these restrictions through multiple accounts, VPNs, or other methods is grounds for immediate program termination and forfeiture of all commissions.

These restrictions ensure our affiliate program rewards genuine referrals and maintains its financial viability.

FTC Compliance Requirements

As an affiliate, you must comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding endorsements and disclosures:

Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Section 8 Investing on any page, post, or video where our affiliate links appear
Place disclosures where they are easily visible, before any affiliate links
Use clear, unambiguous language (e.g., "I earn a commission if you purchase through these links")
Never hide, obscure, or minimize required disclosures

Sample disclosure language: "This post contains affiliate links for Section 8 Investing. If you purchase through these links, I earn a 40% commission at no additional cost to you."

Commission & Payment Terms

Commission Structure:

40% commission on the first qualifying purchase from each referred customer
20% recurring commission on all subsequent payments for the lifetime of that customer
For customers who choose monthly subscription plans, you receive 40% on the first month, then 20% on each subsequent monthly payment
For one-time purchases, you receive 40% on the initial purchase only
Commissions are calculated based on the final sale price after any discounts or coupons
Commissions are not paid on refunded purchases or chargebacks
If a customer uses multiple affiliate links before purchasing, only the last affiliate receives the commission

Payment Terms:

Payments are processed on the 1st of each month for the previous month's approved commissions
Available payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer
Commissions are held for 30 days after the sale to account for potential refunds

Intellectual Property & Brand Guidelines

As an affiliate, you may use Section 8 Investing logos, product images, and approved marketing materials available in our affiliate dashboard. However, you must adhere to these guidelines:

Do not modify our logos, trademarks, or product images
Do not use our brand name in your domain names or social media handles
Do not create materials that could be confused as official Section 8 Investing content
Do not imply you are an employee or official representative of Section 8 Investing

We reserve the right to request removal of any content that violates these guidelines or misrepresents our brand.

Termination & Policy Violations

Section 8 Investing reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of any terms outlined in this document
Promoting our products through spam, deceptive practices, or false claims
Self-referrals or household member referrals
Disparagement of Section 8 Investing or its representatives
Excessive refunds or chargebacks from referred customers
Extended periods of inactivity (6+ months without referrals)

Upon termination: Access to the affiliate dashboard will be revoked, all active affiliate links will be disabled, and any pending commissions that have not reached the payment threshold may be forfeited at our discretion.

Program Changes & Updates

Section 8 Investing reserves the right to modify any aspect of this affiliate program at any time. Changes may include:

Commission rates and structure
Payment methods and schedules
Program terms and conditions
Promotional guidelines and requirements

We will notify all active affiliates via email of any significant changes to the program. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Applications are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days
