You should be able to work out whether a house is worth buying before you give anybody your email address. The rest comes with the free plan, which costs nothing and needs no card.
A rentable unit, not a building. A single-family house is one; a duplex is two. Someone running forty units pays the same whether they hold them as forty houses or ten fourplexes.
You cannot add another door until you upgrade or remove one. Nothing you have already entered is touched, hidden or locked — you keep full use of every record, document and report on the account. Locking a landlord out of their own books to force an upgrade is not something we would do.
Any time. If you drop below the number of doors you hold, you simply cannot add more until you are back under the limit. Everything already on the account stays exactly where it is.
Because tiering by feature means paying customers cannot see the parts of the product that would have made them upgrade, and it is the quickest way to make a cheap plan feel like a trap. The size of your portfolio is the honest measure of what this is worth to you.
The AI assistant is the one part of this that costs us money every time it is used, rather than a flat cost we pay regardless. The allowances sit well above normal use — they exist so one very heavy user cannot make a cheap plan unviable for everyone else on it.
No. Two doors, free, for as long as you want it.
Count your doors and pick the plan above that number. If you are between two, start on the smaller one — moving up takes a minute and nothing is lost either way.
